가. 아동복지법 제1조(목적)
이 법은 아동이 건강하게 출생하여 행복하고 안전하게 자랄 수 있도록 아동의 복지를 보장하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
나. 아동청소년성보호에관한법률 제1조(목적)
이 법은 아동ㆍ청소년대상 성범죄의 처벌과 절차에 관한 특례를 규정하고 피해아동ㆍ청소년을 위한 구제 및 지원 절차를 마련하며 아동ㆍ청소년대상 성범죄자를 체계적으로 관리함으로써 아동ㆍ청소년을 성범죄로부터 보호하고 아동ㆍ청소년이 건강한 사회구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다.
